We manage the entire acquisition process, including sourcing, financial underwriting, zoning analysis, business plan designing, structuring, and financing. Investment decisions are based on the results of sophisticated fundamental analysis, detailed market research, extensive due diligence, and input from all departments of the company.

Spartacus Investment Group
is an Athens based Real Estate Investment Company investing in Value-add and Opportunistic deals across all asset categories in the Greek Market. SIG was founded in 2019 by French investor Bruno Ledoux who brings many years of real estate investing experience across Europe. Having already built a strong network of partners with great knowledge of the Greek Market, consisting of asset managers, real estate brokers and legal advisors, Spartacus Investment Group can achieve better access to desirable off-market deals in order to generate the maximum value for its investors.

Founder & CEO
Mr Ledoux brings more than 25 years of experience in Real Estate and Business Management. He has been the Founder & CEO of successful companies in the French real estate and media market, such as the Colbert Group and BL HOLDING MEDIA (BLHM) based in Luxembourg with main offices in Paris. For many years he has been a joint-venture real estate partner with Lehman Brothers. He has also served as the Owner and CEO of Liberation newspaper. Through his different ventures Mr. Ledoux has managed more than € 1 billion asset investments and businesses.

Project Manager
Mr. Papastergiou has more than 10 years of experience in the Greek Real Estate market. During this period he has led several Real Estate Development projects as an Investor, Business Owner and Project Manager. Mr. Papastergiou holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and an MEng in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
